Returns & Exchanges

At Orlando Informer Merchandise, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite theme park. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
